Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging to qualify.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: items marked as Final Sale, opened personal care or hygiene products, digital downloads, and gift cards.
How to Request a Refund

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
