Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Domestic Shipping

Standard Shipping takes 5–8 business days. Express Shipping takes 2–3 business days. Free standard shipping is available on orders over the amount displayed at checkout.

International Shipping

Standard International shipping takes 10–21 business days. Express International takes 5–10 business days. International orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the buyer's responsibility.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Lost or Delayed Shipments
